  7. Meanwhile take fresh malai in a bowl.Add 4 tbsp of powdered sugar in it & mix well.
  8. When it becomes smooth, add fruits of ur choice.Mix well. keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  9. Take out the baked tart & let it cool down. put fruit cream in it.Garnish with almonds,cashews & pistachios. serve.
