  4. Put the mixture into the center of a wonton wrapper and wet the edges with a small amount of water. Bring all the sides into the center and press to gently seal the bottom and sides

I usually use pork but this time I only have chicken so I use the chicken. My family love it , I hope you love it too. =) Chinese mushroom add texture to shumai; Chicken powder (similar to chicken bouillon cube) is not necessarily based on the result of my recipe testing, which I intentionally omitting it.
