Pineapple syrup:In a pan add 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water let it boil then add 2 cups of pineapple slices.cook it for 20 minutes add 2-3 drops of yellow colour.switch of the flame and strain it.in one bowl add pineapple syrup another bowl cooked pineapple slices.beat the whipping cream till it become stiff.
