  1. For the patties: Put a weight on the firm tofu to drain well.
  2. Lightly rinse the chick peas and mash with your fork. If you microwave them for a few seconds, they will be easy to mash.
  3. Finely chop the ● onion and garlic and fry them with a little oil.
  4. Mix 1, 2 and 3 together and add the sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Combine all them together with your hands as you do when you make meat patties. (If the texture is too firm, add some water and if too soft, add some panko.)
