  9. Take Cooking oil for frying
  10. Get 1 tsp vanilla essence or coconut essence

I made these coconut doughnuts yesterday. Avoid crowding the pan with many doughnuts at once. When one side is golden brown, flip to the other side and remove when it is golden brown. Coconut Glaze (see recipe below). toasted coconut, for garnish.

Instructions to make Coconuts doughnuts:
  1. In a large bowl, whisk eggs till smooth, add milk, yeast, cooking oil, sugar……whisk together till combined……add coconut flakes, a pinch of salt whisk well
  2. Now add flour bit by bit as you mix…….when hard knead with your hand till fully incorporated
  3. Transfer the dough to a flat floured surface, knead some more for about 7mins……..when it's not sticky oil your bowl and also oil your dough……place it on the oiled bowl
  4. Cover it with a clinc film or dumb kitchen towel……put it on direct sunlight for it to rise……for 1hr
  5. Now it has risen well, knead again a little…..
  6. Cut a little bunch, roll it out not too thick or thin…….cut it out with a cutter but if you don't have use a cup and a bottle top….
  7. This is how they should be……cover them with a dumb kitchen towel allow them to rise for 10mins again….
  8. Heat up your frying oil and fry till golden brown….
  9. Enjoy with milk, juice or coffee…..!!
