Mee Suah Tau (Chinese: 面线糊, [mi-suã-tau]), also called mee suah kor , is a sticky Chinese vermicelli soup dish topped with shredded crab meat. I had it the first time several years ago at the Senior.   3. Pour the cooked mee suah into big bowl. Scoop out soft boiled egg into the bowl of mee suah.
  4. Serve immediately.
