  3. Transfer to a 8 x 8 inch baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press finely with a bowl,until uniformly flattened. Cover with foil and keep in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and cut into 10 even bars. Store in an air tight container. Can be stored for 15 days.
