Take a frying pan or wok,add a 1tbsp of butter,and 1tbsp of oil.Once the butter get bit warm,add the chopped garlic,and tossed for few minutes,untill it is slightly burnt..Add chopped coriander,and mix it for 1minute.Then,add the Beaten Egg,salt and pepper to taste.Cook for few minutes in medium low flame.Once the egg get cooked,add 1tbsp of vinegar and 1tbsp of soy sauce.Add the boiled Noodles and stir Fry for 10mins.Add Chilli Flakes for extra spicy..
