  7. Add 1 cup water and mix the masala and when it boils put the lid on the pressure cooker and give 2 whistles and simmer for 1 minute.
  8. Open the pressure cooker when the pressure goes off and switch on the stove and add the cashew poppy seed paste and boil till gravy thickens.
  9. Add 1 spoon sugar (optional).
  10. Switch off the stove once it thickens and garnish and serve with coriander leaves.
