  13. Prepare As required Oil for frying

Instructions to make Radish crackers:
  1. First grate radish then squeeze well & remove extra water.
  2. In a mixing bowl take squeezed radish then add chopped ginger, coriander leaves,green chilli, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chat masala & salt.
  3. Now add both flours to the mixture & knead well, don't use water because radish will pass water time of kneading.
  4. Now the dough is ready make small balls from the dough.
  5. Take a ball flat this with help of rolling pin like puri.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, add puris to hot oil & fry them till crisp in low medium flame.
  7. Now crackers are ready serve with any dip or chhole/paneer masala.
