  9. remove partially baked crust from oven.
  10. sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts
  11. drizzle evenly with caramel mixure; then sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.
  12. return to oven; bake for an additional 18 to 22 min.

  14. take out of the oven and let cool for 1 hour, completely cooled
