  15. Take 1 tsp Honey brown sugar / :
  16. Get 6 cloves garlic Minced :
  17. Get 2 tsps Corn starch water : dissolved in 4 tbsps
  18. Take 4 chillies Dried red :
Instructions to make Vegetable Stir-fry:
  1. First toast the cashews until brown (not burnt) and set aside
  2. To some heated sesame oil, add the dried chillies. Give it a couple of minutes and then add the onions, and the white part of the spring onions. Saute for a few mins, and then add the garlic and ginger slices along with the cashews. Give this all a good mix and let it cook for a few minutes until the onions, garlic and ginger slices go soft
  3. Next the veggies go in, go in the order of "which takes the longest to cook". When the veggies start to go soft, add the chicken stock, soy sauce, the minced garlic,brown sugar, stir and let it cook
  4. Do a quick taste test. If its not salty, add some soy sauce. Finally dissolve the corn flour in some water and pour it into the pot. This should start to thicken a bit. When it does, turn off the heat
  5. Serve immediately with some steamed rice!
