Take your eggs and whisk them with milk and cinnamon (see there i go with the cinnamon again lol) dip your bread in to the egg/milk mixture let sit for about 15 seconds so the bread soaks up the mix lay out on a prewarmed griddle about low/medium heat repeat til you get like six slices on your griddle you dont want then browned just til they get a wee bit tanned when done take off griddle and spread butter over each slice both sides like a pancake repeat with other six slices (if you have to whisk up some more egg/milk/cinnamon mixture) when done cut each slice in half diagonally lay out on plates with a slotted spoon spoon your apple glaze over your French toast then syrup sift powdered sugar over the syrup then carmel sauce
  3. WARNING THIS IS NOT DIABETIC FRIENDLY LOADED WITH SUGAR AND CARBS i myself cant have much but when i do i really watch my blood glucose levels and keep my insulin handy. I do hope you try this and enjoy it as much as my family does
