  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the onion slices,saute till onion turns pink.
  2. Now add the chopped vegetablesg,corn and mushroom.Add salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Cover and cook for 10 mins at low flame.
  4. Add processed cheese/mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  5. Put in cottage cheese cubes and mix for a min.
