  2. Get Cooked minced meat (optional)

  11. Prepare 2 garlic - finely chopped
  12. Make ready 5 soaked shiitake mushroom - finely chopped/minced
  13. Get 1 tbsp Finely julliened ginger
  14. Make ready 1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  16. Take 2 tsp sugar (or to taste)
  17. Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make Instant Gozleme:
  1. Prepare all ingredients for fillings. Minced meat is optional if vegetarian meal is preferred.
  2. Brush pan with oil. Place wrap & fill one side of this wrap with minced meat (if using), baby spinach & cheese. Then fold the wrap. Use medium heat. It is Done once cheese melted. Serve instant gozleme warm with lemon wedges.
  3. To prepare minced meat: 1. Place minced meat in a pot with enough water covering the meat. 2. Once boiled, Remove pot from the stove and strain meat. 3. Prepare wok, heat enough oil to fry the meat. 4. Once oil is hot, sauté onion, garlic, ginger & mushroom. Once onion is translucent, then add meat. Stir for few minutes then add sauces like soy & oyster sauce. Season with sugar & salt. Taste & adjust. Cook over high heat and keep stirring until meat is nicely dried & lightly sticky.
  4. This minced meat is used not only as fillings but also serve on top of dry chinese noodles. We use this not only with noodles, but also pasta & porridge. Added once porridge half cooked & let it simmer for almost an hour over small fire or low heat. Keep This versatile minced meat in airtight container and store in the fridge. It can last more than a week. Always Use dry & clean spoon & microwave before serving.
